Good sturdy socks. I have exercised in peaceful body workouts, even at the gym and it works well, stays in place and the bottom keeps (only exercise biking is bad on these). The toes slip comfortably in place, the ankles fit snugly. Nothing to blame! Seems durable.

Holding on the parquet floor during home workouts was a positive surprise! Time will tell if the anti-slip spots on the bottom of the socks can withstand wear and machine wash. In practice, there is virtually no difference to a low-arm model.

A good alternative to shoes for indoor exercise and increase the comfort of both sandals and shoes. I like to wear with Luna sandals.
