The nimbleToes Trail Addict is ideal for runners who run off the beaten track as well as trail runners. The sole technology, developed in collaboration with Soles by Michelin, offers extra grip through multidirectional lugs. The rubber compound of the outsole has been significantly improved to create an even better abrasion/ground grip ratio. In addition, the 10mm EVA midsole with zero heel drop provides the perfect fusion of cushioning, flexibility and direct ground feel for a light, direct running experience. The wide, anatomically correct toe box allows the toes to splay - allowing them to perform their natural stabilising function during the ground contact and push-off phases. This prevents the overpronation so feared by runners. The stability, so central to the runner, is ensured by Joe Nimble's toefreedom® philosophy. The soft ripstop upper is robust and breathable at the same time. A second eyelet at the end of the lacing section also makes marathon lacing possible.

Great trail running shoes that have now run one ultra distance and about 800 km of training runs without a single blister or stress injury. Unfortunately, there is already a small hole in the outer fabric, but it doesn't really hinder use, so these will go a long way. They also work well in winter in snowy weather, the base material is firm and durable.

I was looking for a shoe especially suitable for orienteering on wet surfaces. The shoe's grip is not quite like studs, and during a downpour I would have liked more grip on wet stumps/roots and on rocks.
I think the duration of the humidity is ok.
I started with a shoe according to the measurements in the table, but it felt too small. The next size was fine. The shoe has a good design and feels good on your foot. The decorative(?) tapings of the second shoe are a little grimacing after the first use.

I am positively surprised. The shoes work well in the off-road and especially in winter (very good grip!) I also use these when my achilles tendon starts to get irritated, and it seems to help the problem.

Unfortunately, the size chosen based on the chart was not correct, the shoe was way too small. The shoe felt hard around the foot and the sole was stiff. I didn't consider trying a bigger one.

Addicts have a pretty soft padding around the Achilles tendon. It improves the fit and prevents the heel from slouching, but affects the interior space in use somewhat, as the foot protrudes slightly forward. I personally chose a size that, according to the measurement table, has a lot of room for movement, i.e. up to about 1.5 cm.
